Booking Form

To confirm your booking, after first calling us on 01364 73914 to reserve your holiday, print this sheet, complete it and return it to the address below together with your payment of either the full cost of the holiday (if within eight weeks of the starting date) or a deposit of 30% of the total cost. In order to guarantee your booking this should reach us within 4 days of your call (the balance is payable a minimum of eight weeks prior to the starting date of your holiday). When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your holiday you will remain liable for the full cost of the holiday even if only the deposit has been paid at that time. If we can successfully re-book the same period a partial refund may be made less any additional expenses. We strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance for this reason as failure to have such cover will not alleviate your liability. Any damage in or to the property at Knowle Farm is your responsibility and by signing this form you accept that the cost of repair and any other resultant costs must be reimbursed by you.

Towel hire: A bath and hand towel (for use within the cottage premises only) costs £4 per person per week and must be ordered at the time of booking. The cost is payable eight weeks before the start of your holiday along with the balance due (do not add this when paying a deposit).
