To confirm your booking, after first calling us on 01364 73914 to reserve your holiday, print
this sheet, complete it and return it to the address below together with your payment of either the full
cost of the holiday (if within eight weeks of the starting date) or a deposit of 30% of the total cost.
In order to guarantee your booking this should reach us within 3 working days of your call.
(the balance is payable a minimum of eight weeks prior to the starting date of your holiday)
When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. In the unfortunate event
that you have to cancel your holiday you will remain liable for the full cost of the holiday even if only
the deposit has been paid at that time. If we can successfully re-book the same period a partial refund
will be made less any additional expenses. Cancellation insurance is available and we do recommend
that this is purchased. Please check the policy terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions carefully
(for premiums and main conditions see the cottage tariff page).
Should you wish to buy the insurance you must pay the premium in full in addition to your deposit at the
time of booking or cover will not be in force.
Any damage in or to the property is your responsibility and the cost of repair and any other resulting
costs must be reimbursed by you.
