Clematis will sleep two adults plus one child or a cot. A single storey cottage with entrance to a well equipped kitchen and delightfully cosy yet good sized living/dining area. This has a wood panelled ceiling and lovely views over the pond and surrounding countryside. There is a wood burning stove and a chair bed which converts to a single bed for one child. The pretty double bedroom has a sloping ceiling, a stone and wood panelled outer wall and an en-suite bathroom/WC with over bath shower. Electric heaters. This cottage like 'Applecross' is in the courtyard where the ducks and peacock collect every evening for feeding and bedtime. Electricity is charged by meter reading.
